See, Capcom’s not judging to see if we want NEW games based on the Capcom Test anymore. If a new game in a series like MvC or Darkstalkers is going to come out, it’s going to come down to if the top dogs at the company want to see it happen.
MvC is going to be especially difficult because Capcom’s fighting game division isn’t just going to have to convince the higher ups there — they’ll have to convince Marvel’s game division too.
