Brutal Pile Bunker is Super-Skrull's Down + Heavy Command Normal. It can only be performed in the air. When used, Super-Skrull slams his fist directly into the ground below him, similar to Meteor Smash. It is capable of hitting OTG, and causes a Ground Bounce which can be comboed afterwards if a ground dash is used.
