Dah'ren Mohran is an Elder Dragon introduced in Monster Hunter 4. It appears as a cutscene-only NPC in Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite.
The Dah'ren Mohran falls in a frenzy due to it becoming corrupted Sigma Virus, attempting to destroy the walls of the capital. It is quickly taken down by the combined efforts of Ryu and Hulk in relative time.
