Hazan Tenshoukyaku (Supreme Mountain Ascension Legs) is one of Chun-Li's Hyper Combos.
A stronger version of the Tenshoukyaku. Chun-Li launches a series of spinning air kicks in succession. The activation for the Super Combo is somewhat complex in most games outside the crossovers; however, the move itself is quite powerful. Chun-Li can tap directions and buttons for more hits. Not in MVC3, as it was replaced by the level 3 Shichisei Ranka Hyper Combo.
