The Time Stone, also known as the Time Gem, is one of the Infinity Stones in Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite.
Story[]
Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite[]
After the "Convergence", the Time Stone ended up in the possession of Black Panther, and was used to create a time barrier that protected Valkanda from Ultron Sigma's attempts at corrupting it.
Gameplay[]
Marvel Super Heroes[]
The Time Gem increases the speed and mobility of characters for a few seconds, listed as "Speed Up". The character is surrounded by four swirling red orbs. When equipped by certain characters, the Gem grants a special ability, displayed as "Speed Up SP".
- Hulk's attacks can be cancelled into each other.
- Shuma-Gorath's normal attacks petrifies the opponent for a split second.
- Thanos releases an energy blast that reduces the opponents speed if hit.
Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite[]
The Time Stone can be selected on the character select screen. Its Infinity Surge is a dash that passes through projectiles. Its Infinity Storm grants instant recovery on moves, increased speed, and chain-able moves into custom combos.
